They are a reference for a small site; the final price depends on floor area, the type of premises and how serious the problem is, and is confirmed after a survey. General pest control is a monthly programme and includes German cockroaches. Rodent control is checked four times a month. Termite control is a separate one-off service with its own price.

One visit a month covers cockroaches, including German cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, flies and other common insects. Sites with damp, shaded areas may need mosquito treatment twice a month.

Termite control is a one-off service, not part of the monthly package: bait stations, then treatment of the mud tubes and the structure. For new buildings, the foundation soil is treated before the concrete is poured:

What changes the price
- Floor area: the starting price covers a small site; larger areas add a charge per m², at a lower rate as the area grows.
- Type of premises: kitchens, food factories and hospitals need more work and more records than an office.
- How serious the problem is: an established German cockroach colony or rats nesting in a ceiling take longer than prevention.
- One-off or monthly: most insect problems need a monthly programme; one-off visits suit termites, bed bugs, bee nests and snakes.

Do prices include VAT?
No. VAT of 8% is added as required by Vietnamese law at the time.

Why does termite control cost more?
It is a separate job with bait stations, several checks and structural treatment, priced as a one-off package rather than a monthly visit.
