Pest control you can actually discuss in English
Most of the value of a treatment is in the diagnosis and the instructions afterwards, and both get lost in a rushed translation. We inspect, name the species, and send a written quotation you can read.
No charge for the site visit and no obligation to proceed. Written quotation normally within one working day.
- ✓A walk-through inspection, usually longer than the treatment itself
- ✓The species named, and where it is actually living
- ✓A written quotation: method, areas, visits, warranty, exclusions
- ✓Products in original labelled containers, registered for use
- ✓Clear aftercare, including what not to clean

Three situations, three different answers
A tenant, a property owner and a restaurant manager have the same insects and completely different problems. Pick the one that describes you.

What we treat
Identify it first, because the method follows the species
German cockroaches breeding in a kitchen and American cockroaches arriving from a drain look identical on the floor and need completely different work.
How it works
Four steps, and you can check each one
Inspection
We open cabinets, look behind appliances, check floor drains and door gaps. For a one-bedroom apartment that is fifteen to twenty-five minutes before anything is applied.
Written quotation
Species, areas, method, number of visits, warranty period and what is excluded. Seven items, so you can compare it with anyone else’s.
Treatment
Gel bait in the harbourage for German cockroaches and ants. Drain and route treatment for what comes up from below. Proofing where an opening is the real cause.
Follow-up
A second visit at two to three weeks catches the generation that hatched after the first. Bait consumption and monitors are read, not simply re-sprayed.
Why clients stay
Nothing here is a slogan — all of it is checkable
You get the diagnosis whether or not you book the work. If the fix is sealing a gap rather than a treatment, we will say so.
Findings, product name, re-entry time and aftercare. The same document settles a deposit dispute or goes into an audit file.
Ministry of Health registration on the label and the active ingredient named on request. Nothing decanted into unlabelled bottles.
Eggs already laid survive most treatments. A single visit against an established population is half a job, so we quote it as two.
Numbered site plan, device register, service reports and trend data — the file HACCP and platform inspections actually ask for.
The same technicians and programmes as our Vietnamese operation, with an English-speaking front line and English reporting.
Service programmes
Written for the property type, not copied between them
Where we work
Ho Chi Minh City and the surrounding provinces
Each area page describes what is specific to it — the river and gardens in Thao Dien, the canal network in Phu My Hung, the restaurant streets of District 1.

What a Pest Control Quotation Should Tell You
A one-line quotation cannot be compared with anything. Seven items — target pest, areas, method, number of visits…
How to Choose a Pest Control Company in Vietnam
The single most useful signal is whether the company inspects before quoting.
One-Off Treatment or Annual Contract: Which Do You Need?
A one-off treatment suits a problem you can close: one species, one source, one building you control.
Common questions
Before you call
Do I have to leave the apartment during treatment?
For gel baiting, no. For a residual spray, stay out of the treated rooms until surfaces are dry, usually two to four hours, then ventilate. Anyone pregnant, any infant and any pet should be out for the treatment and back only once surfaces are dry.
How soon will I see a result?
Ants reduce visibly in three to seven days as bait reaches the colony. German cockroaches drop substantially in one to two weeks, with a second generation possible at three to four. Bed bugs need two treatments over three weeks. More activity for the first few days is normal and means it is working.
Why should I not clean afterwards?
Clean anything you eat from. Do not wash skirting boards, cabinet interiors, hinge recesses or behind appliances for two to three weeks — that is where the bait and residual product were placed, and wiping them removes the treatment.
Can you provide documents for a food safety audit?
Yes. A numbered site plan, device register, service reports by location, trend data and corrective action records, plus licences, product registrations and safety data sheets for your file.
What does it cost?
Pricing combines a call-out element with an amount related to property size, adjusted for species and complexity. Indicative ranges are on the price list; the exact figure comes after the free inspection.
Book a free inspection
Tell us what you have seen, where, and at what time of day. A technician walks the property, identifies the species and the harbourage, and sends a written quotation, normally within one working day.
