Commercial Pest Control in Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong

Quick answer. For businesses we run a monthly pest control programme: residual spray and gel bait for cockroaches, ants and other crawling insects; misting for mosquitoes and flies, and fly lights where a survey shows they help; and rodent stations checked every week. Each visit is recorded, so you have a service report, a station map and treatment records ready for audits and inspections. Treatment is done at the time you set, usually outside your opening or working hours.

What the programme covers

  1. Survey and plan: sources, entry points and risk areas, with a numbered plan for rodent stations and fly lights.
  2. Crawling insects: residual spray along wall bases, drains, refuse areas and cracks; gel bait in kitchens and equipment, where spray does not reach. German cockroaches are included in the monthly programme.
  3. Flying insects: misting indoors, thermal fogging for large outdoor areas, and fly lights installed after the survey when you agree.
  4. Rodents: traps inside the building, locked bait stations around the outside, all checked four times a month.
  5. Records: a service report after every visit, the station map, activity records and a list of repairs such as gaps and drains.
  6. Add-ons for factories: glue boards along wall bases for geckos, added to a monthly or IPM contract.

Termite control is quoted separately, after a survey.

Who we work with

Why monthly

Pests keep arriving with deliveries, from drains and from neighbouring premises. A single treatment reduces what is there that day; a monthly programme with weekly rodent checks keeps activity low and shows where it is rising before it becomes a complaint or an audit finding.

Prices

Programmes are priced by floor area and type of site, and confirmed after a survey. Starting prices are on the price list.

Where your premises are

We cover Ho Chi Minh City and the neighbouring provinces — see areas we cover. If your premises are in a managed building, what building management covers and what it does not explains where the building\'s programme stops and your own responsibility begins.

Programmes written for specific trades — cafés and bakeries, gyms and spas, food retail and others — are listed under who we serve.
