Every job we take starts the same way: a free site survey. A technician walks the property, finds where the pests are actually breeding and getting in, and writes down what they see. Only then do we quote — because the price of pest control depends on the size of the property, the species involved and how far the infestation has already spread, not on a fixed rate card.

Our programmes follow Integrated Pest Management (IPM). That means we fix the conditions that attract pests in the first place — food waste, standing water, gaps around pipes and doors — and use chemical treatment only where it is needed, at the lowest effective dose. It is slower to explain than spraying everything, but it is what keeps a building clear after the technician has left.

Recurring contracts include scheduled return visits, monitoring stations where the site needs them, and a written report after every visit — the documentation food factories, hotels and hospitals need for their own audits. One-off treatments are available too, and carry a warranty period appropriate to the pest.
