We work across Ho Chi Minh City and the neighbouring provinces. The pages below cover the areas where most foreign residents live — and they are genuinely different pages, because the buildings are different. A villa with a garden in Thao Dien and a twentieth-floor apartment in Phu My Hung have almost nothing in common as pest control jobs.
Areas with their own page
- Thao Dien — riverside villas, walled compounds and mature gardens. Mosquitoes and termites dominate.
- An Phu — townhouses and compounds, with construction work nearby pushing rodents into occupied homes.
- Phu My Hung — high-rises on reclaimed marshland with an engineered canal network. Mosquitoes are structural; cockroaches travel by riser.
- District 1 — serviced apartments and older buildings above ground-floor restaurants, which is where the pressure comes from.
- Binh Thanh — large high-rise compounds sitting on podium retail and multi-level basement car parks.
- District 7 outside Phu My Hung — low-rise streets, older blocks and open drainage canals.
Elsewhere in and around the city
Not on the list does not mean not covered. Our technicians are based in Thu Duc, and we work across Ho Chi Minh City and the neighbouring provinces: Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An, Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Tay Ninh. If your area does not have a page yet, the nearest one above will usually describe the same building type. Send us your address and we will tell you straight away whether a survey visit is a short drive or a long one.
Before the first visit
These four pages answer the questions we are asked most often by foreign residents, and they are worth reading before you spend anything.
- Who pays — landlord or tenant? The most common question, and often the one that saves you the most money.
- Booking when you do not speak Vietnamese — what to send, what happens on the day, how payment works.
- What building management covers — and the five things you can fix yourself today.
- Safety for children, pets and pregnancy — including the four questions to ask any company before you hire them.
