The pages below cover the areas where most foreign residents live — and they are genuinely different pages, because the buildings are different. A villa with a garden in Thao Dien and a twentieth-floor apartment in Phu My Hung have almost nothing in common as pest control jobs.
Areas with their own page
- Thao Dien — riverside villas, walled compounds and mature gardens. Mosquitoes and termites dominate.
- An Phu — townhouses and compounds, with construction work nearby pushing rodents into occupied homes.
- Phu My Hung — high-rises on reclaimed marshland with an engineered canal network. Mosquitoes are structural; cockroaches travel by riser.
- District 1 — serviced apartments and older buildings above ground-floor restaurants, which is where the pressure comes from.
- Binh Thanh — large high-rise compounds sitting on podium retail and multi-level basement car parks.
- District 7 outside Phu My Hung — low-rise streets, older blocks and open drainage canals.

Not on the list does not mean not covered. Six more districts with their own page
We have added pages for the districts our English-speaking clients ask about most after the first six. Each one describes what is specific to that area rather than repeating a template, because the physical facts of a district — reclaimed ground, old drainage, canal frontage, building density — decide which species turn up and how the treatment has to be arranged.
- Thu Duc City — new compounds, old lanes and more active construction than anywhere else in the city. Our office is here.
- Thu Thiem and Sala — reclaimed ground, heavy landscaping and open plots, so mosquitoes dominate and most of the pressure comes from outside the building.
- District 3 — period villas, mature trees and drainage older than the buildings above it. American cockroaches are the signature complaint.
- Phu Nhuan — shared walls, alley frontages and continuous food trade. Proofing carries more of the result than product does.
- Tan Binh — the airport district, where high accommodation turnover makes bed bugs the specific risk.
- District 4 — canal on three sides and the densest housing in the city, where coordinated treatment across neighbours pays off most.
How distance affects the price
Distance changes the call-out element of a quotation, not the treatment. A property in Thu Duc, where our office is, and an identical property in District 7 are quoted almost the same; a single small job two hours outside the city usually is not economic on its own, though several properties in the same area on one day is. If you are outside the districts listed above, tell us the address and we will say plainly whether it is worth doing.
Districts without their own page
We work across the whole city and the surrounding provinces, including areas that do not have a page here — District 5, District 10, Go Vap, Nha Be, Binh Chanh and Cu Chi among them, and into Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Long An. A district without a page is not a district we do not cover; it is simply one where we have not yet been asked enough English-language questions to write about it properly.
